When I first started my coaching business I had no clue what I was doing. I figured that a coaching business would be easy to grow after scaling 2 brick and mortar businesses.

And, I was wrong.

I struggled for longer than I care to admit. The vast ocean that is online business left me feeling alone, like I was drowning, and with little to no leads.

It wasn't until a mentor asked how I was tracking my leads that things started to change. I realized that I was doing a lot of talking to people but I wasn't actually telling them what I did or giving them an option to opt into my offers or send me leads. I also wasn't tracking any of those conversations. Meaning the conversations that could go somewhere often got lost and never followed up with.

When I got really clear on WHO I wanted to work with, what my offers were, AND tracked who I was talking with so much changed. Conversations were easier, I didn't have to worry about "being online" all the time, and I had a plan to follow.
